Plaintiff was attacked by a rescue Pitt bull. Plaintiff alleged that Defendant (rescue agency) failed to properly screen and care for the Pill bull, before releasing said Pill bull into Plaintiff’s custody. Plaintiff sustained lacerations to her face.
