Our Commitment To Clients
Over the years, we have witnessed just how difficult insurance companies can make it for honest people looking to recover compensation for their injuries after an accident.
At Toresco & Simonelli Attorneys At Law, we have a proven track record representing injury victims on Long Island, NYC, and beyond.
Our dedication to clients goes beyond just representing you in the courtroom or at the negotiation table. We are a hands-on firm that is here to listen and help you get through the overwhelming challenges an injury or sudden loss of a family member can create.
Get Ahold Of Us When You Need Us
Many law firms have the reputation of being inaccessible and difficult to get ahold of.
We are unique in that clients can contact us whenever they need us. Clients regularly text us to get updates about their cases. We are available to communicate via text, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, phone, email, and video conferencing.
Members of our staff speak Spanish, Greek, and Portuguese.
Helping New York Injury Victims
We represent people who have been injured in all types of accidents in New York:
- Car, truck, and other motor vehicle accidents
- Pedestrian knock-downs
- Trip and falls and other property accidents
- Construction accidents
- And more
No matter what happened to you, you don’t have to face the aftermath alone.
“I don’t believe in doing a large volume of cases, because in this business you have to know a lot about your clients; they need that personal attention. You need to know what’s going on with them, because every single person has a different experience from their injuries. Not everyone is going to heal the same. Recover the same.”
